Referral Rewards Program

Know someone who would appreciate a journey with Malaysia Boutique Tours?

We are pleased to welcome referrals from both our valued past guests and our wider community. You do not need to have travelled with us to extend an introduction.

For each successful referral, you will receive a $150 CAD travel credit, awarded once your referred guest has completed their journey with us.

To ensure your referral is properly recognised, your full name should be shared by the referred guest at the time of enquiry or booking.

Travel credits may be applied toward future journeys curated by Malaysia Boutique Tours, allowing you to experience our collection of bespoke travel experiences.

Referral Program (Refer a Friend) Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The program is open to individuals making personal, non-commercial referrals. Participation is not limited to past clients.

2. Referral Requirement

To qualify, the referred client must provide the referrer’s full name at the time of enquiry or booking.

3. Reward Structure

When you refer a client to us, you will receive a $150 travel credit per booking once the referred guest has completed their travel with us. We will notify you of this by email.

4. Issuance of Credits

Credits are issued only after:

·       The booking is fully paid

·       The travel is completed

5. Non-Transferability

Travel credits:

·       Are non-transferable

·       Have no cash value

·       Cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.

6. Validity

Credits are valid for 24 months from date of issue.

7. Disputes & Attribution

·       The client’s declaration at time of booking is the final and binding record

·       Malaysia Boutique Tours is not responsible for unreported referrals

·       In case of multiple claims, the first recorded referral will apply

8. Program Integrity

The following are not permitted:

·       Self-referrals

·       Bulk or commercial referrals

·       Misrepresentation or fraudulent claims

9. Right to Modify

Malaysia Boutique Tours reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Malaysia Boutique Tours reserves the right to verify all referrals and determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Where applicable, Malaysia Boutique Tours operates in accordance with the regulations of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).

10. Regulatory Compliance

This program is structured as a goodwill reward and does not constitute payment of commission or create an agency relationship under applicable regulations, including those governed by the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO).
